Life Drawing on the Underground

These are my daily life drawings, portraits that I draw of other passengers when travelling on the London Underground. I draw them on-site, and as people come and go, I only spend a few minutes on each one. I've practised life drawing for years and have been drawing regularly on the tube since 2020, making 1 to 4 drawings per tube trip. These series of drawings have evolved into an ongoing travel journal in which I present an intimate look at London's commuters.
